After 8:00 PM, music must be indoors with doors/windows closed. -Noise monitored with Minut sensors (no recording). Repeated alerts may end your stay without refund. -This reservation is a revocable license (not a lease). Serious violations may end your stay immediately. 🚫 Fees for Violations (charged in addition to damages/cleaning): -Unauthorized party/event/DJ: $1,250 + $100 per unregistered guest (cap $2,500) -Excessive noise: $250 first incident, $400 after (or $200/hr if sustained) -Extra guests not on booking: $100 per guest/night (min $200) -Smoking inside: $400 + remediation -Unauthorized pet: $300 + cleaning -Device tampering (Minut, Ring, Wi-Fi): $250 per device -Late checkout (unauthorized): $100 per hour (min $100); after 2 hours = full night + turnover costs -Trash/debris left: $150 + hauling -Pool misuse (glass/dye/oils): $250 + remediation -Lost key/lockout visit: $150 visit; $250 rekey -Parking/HOA breach: $150 or HOA fine (whichever higher) -Unauthorized commercial use/filming: $750 + $250/hr + damages Please note that propane is provided as a courtesy for guest use; however, refilling the propane tank is not the responsibility of the host.
