The home is in an impeccable location, close to everything the city has to offer! ✦The living space is large and inviting with plenty of seating ✦ The kitchen has all the amenities you could need and if you ever want anything additional we’re happy to provide! ✦Both bathrooms have all the luxuries you would expect in a high end stay ✦The primary suite has a king bed with a gorgeous en-suite bathroom ✦Each additional bedroom on the other side of the home has a queen bed except for the downstairs bedroom that has a trundle and a sleeper sofa ✦ Parking is all in the driveway or on the street ✦The game room has two full/double sized beds and a sleeper sofa ✦The outside of the home has a massive backyard with a huge pool and ample seating ✦Awesome pool with a huge outdoor area! Car or rideshare is best Pool maintenance is performed weekly without prior notice. The team ensures the pool is serviced regularly each week. Please be advised that the mailbox is strictly for the owner's access only. Kindly make alternative arrangements for receiving your mail. **If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.** Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.
