A mix of chic, contemporary and classic design. This home has everything a friendly traveler to the Waco area could want. Plenty of room for everyone, comfortable furnishings, resort style sleeping spaces, a awesome private pool and just minutes away from all that Waco has to offer. The primary suite has a private and large ensuite bath with a large soaking tub and standup shower. The room itself offers a lush, king sized mattress with a well appointed sleeper sofa to fit more people if needed. The other bedrooms all have resort style, queen beds. There is a massive, fully equipped chefs kitchen adjoined to the open living space it can sleep 2 people on the couch and there is a rollaway bed for a 3rd person and next to the incredible outdoor area. The backyard offers plenty of seating with a massive yard and pool area. Car or ride share is best Please be advised that the mailbox is strictly for the owner's access only. Kindly make alternative arrangements for receiving your mail. **If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.** Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off. Please note that propane is provided as a courtesy for guest use; however, refilling the propane tank is not the responsibility of the host. If the tank runs out during your stay, guests may choose to exchange or refill it at their own convenience.
