However, due to the surrounding environment, occasional sightings of insects and bugs, especially during certain seasons, are common. While we do our best to keep the home clean and pest-controlled, a few critters may still find their way inside. Please also Note: -The garage door isn’t meant to be opened; it’s permanently closed. - Please be advised that the mailbox is strictly for the owner's access only. Kindly make alternative arrangements for receiving your mail. - Fire pit use may be restricted in accordance with Travis County regulations and may require prior approval from the fire marshal. Availability is subject to local conditions and restrictions. - Please also note that quiet hours apply to this property to ensure a peaceful experience for all neighbors. **If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.** Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off. Please note that propane is provided as a courtesy for guest use; however, refilling the propane tank is not the responsibility of the host. If the tank runs out during your stay, guests may choose to exchange or refill it at their own convenience.
